What we collect

We only collect what you type into the contact form on this site. Nothing is gathered in the background.

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number and company name, if you choose to add them
• The service you selected and the message you wrote

Why we collect it

We use these details for one thing: to reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser may store ordinary technical data such as cached images so the site loads faster. That stays on your device.

Who else sees your message

Your message is delivered to our own inbox by our email provider, in the same way any normal email reaches us. Our website host keeps standard server logs, which is routine for every website on the internet.

Beyond that, nobody else receives your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful, and while a project is running we keep them for our records. If a conversation goes nowhere, we clear it out.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email admin@acenetics.dev and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are sent over that same encrypted connection. No system is perfect, but we do not ask for passwords, card details, or identity documents through this website, and you should never send them to us by email.
