You are welcome to browse, read, and share anything on this site. Please do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send anyone unwanted messages.

What the content means

The service descriptions, engagement models, and case studies here describe the kind of work we do. They are an introduction, not a quote and not a contract.

Scope, timelines, and pricing are agreed in writing for each project, after we have talked through what you actually need.

Enquiries are not a commitment

Sending the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a binding agreement for either of us, and it does not reserve capacity in our schedule until we confirm it in writing.

Our work and our brand

The AceNetics name, logo, wording, and design on this site belong to us. The projects shown are published with the relevant permission. Please do not reuse our brand or present our work as your own.

Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement.

Links to other sites

Some case studies link out to live products. Once you leave this site you are on someone else's terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for what happens there.

Availability and liability

We keep the site running as reliably as we can, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that every detail will always be current.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
